1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Kakshlink Technology ("Technology", "we", "us"), a brand of Kakshlink Pvt. Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Kakshlink Technology provides custom software development, website designing, WordPress development, Shopify development, app development, UI/UX design, SEO services, and management software products (including Inventory, Library, Office, Liquor, Parking, School and Restaurant Management). The specific scope, deliverables and timelines for any engagement are outlined in an individual project proposal or agreement.

3. Quotes & Estimates

Submissions made through our "Get a Quote" form are preliminary requests, not binding offers. Any budget, timeline or service selection you provide helps us scope your request — the final price, timeline and scope of work will be confirmed in a written proposal or agreement before any project begins.

4. Project Agreements

Each project is governed by a separate proposal or agreement specifying the scope of work, deliverables, timeline and milestones, pricing and payment schedule, and the revision/feedback process.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements
  • An advance payment may be required before work commences
  • Invoices are due within the timeframe specified in the agreement
  • Late payments may result in project delays or suspension

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the custom-developed deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Kakshlink Technology retains the right to reuse pre-existing code libraries, frameworks and internal tools across projects. We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Providing accurate and timely content, feedback and approvals
  • Ensuring they have the right to use any materials they provide
  • Making timely payments as per the agreed schedule
  • Maintaining their own backups of data and content

8. Warranties & Limitations

We strive to deliver high-quality work but do not guarantee that our services or software will be error-free or uninterrupted. We provide a reasonable bug-fix period after project delivery, as specified in the project agreement. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or business information shared during a project engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the business relationship.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice as specified in the individual agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

11. Website Usage

By using our website, you agree not to use it for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, reproduce or copy any content without permission, or transmit malicious code or interfere with website functionality.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Udaipur, Rajasthan.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
